Appeals and remarking
The STAT Office will not enter into appeals against STAT results. It is not possible to give special consideration for impaired performance on the day of the test caused by illness or other unexpected personal situations.
Any complaints in relation to the test venue or physical discomfort suffered during the test should be reported immediately to the Chief Supervisor on the day. Please also email the STAT Office at email@example.com within seven days of the test.
For online sittings, any complaints or difficulties should immediately be brought to the attention of the remote proctor. Issues that cannot be resolved by the remote proctor at the time of the test should be reported to the STAT Office at ACER by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) on the day of the test so that the issue can be addressed without delay. As much information as possible should be provided in the email to ACER.
Candidates are advised that STAT results are released only after careful calculation and extensive checking and errors in scoring are highly unlikely.
Re-marking of the STAT test is not available.
