If you are seriously ill or experience a serious emergency situation on the test day and cannot attend the test, you must email the STAT Office as soon as possible (within one week of the test date) with your full name, STAT ID and reason for missing the test. Requests must be supported by a medical certificate, death notice or other official written proof of the emergency. • less than 24 hours - email the STAT Office immediately with your reason and supporting evidence for consideration.

Refunds will only be provided if there are extenuating circumstances, in which case, medical certificates or other official proof must be provided (within 1 week of your scheduled exam session).
